Lounge Appeal was recommended to me by our wedding planner as being THE place to go to for lounge furniture. I browsed the website and found more or less what I was looking for, but had a few questions (mostly involving green and orange benches. I phoned and spoke with an extremely helpful sales rep who said they were thinking about offering the benches in a few new colors, and offered to make them up in a pale green-the color I needed! I was thrilled, even more so when he said that he would send me fabric swatches so I would know the exact color I was ordering. The color I originally picked had been discontinued. Rhonda quickly sent me a sample of the new fabric-which still worked for us and we placed our order. The staff could not have been more efficient and helpful. I especially appreciate the attention to detail and the speed with which estimates, changes, orders, etc. are handled. If only all wedding arrangements were this easy!
